Maui Turtle Snorkeling & Whale Watching Tour (2n1/Semi-Private)

Check-in: 30 minutes prior at DIVE MAUI Shop, 1223 Front St, Lahaina, HI, next to Snorkel Bobs.
Departure: MALA Boat Ramp. Due to temporary boarding location, guests will need to have mobility to walk on their own in order to safely board the boat.
We will take all guests to the departure location after check-in.

Some roads are closed in the area, give yourself extra time to find the location.

Parking:

Park near Lahaina Cannery Mall (Safeway Shopping Center) or Front Street and walk toward the ocean to Front Street, go south and over the bridge, the dive shop is on the right before the blue building. Some roads are closed in the area, give yourself extra time to find our temporary location.

• Full-faced snorkel masks are not permitted onboard due to safety concerns
• Please do not use spray sunscreen

Guests must check in 30 minutes before the tour start. Wetsuit tops are available to rent on arrival for $20 each (cash or Venmo).

Tour duration options are 4 or 5 hours (seasonal). Tour itinerary and stops may vary by location, weather and capacity. Tours are subject to cancellation or reschedule due to weather or capacity. Group cancellation policy: 72 hours notice for full refund for groups of 5 or more; private charter cancellations require 7 days notice.

Due to our group size limitations on some activities, we cannot absorb the cost of last minute cancellations. Coast Guard, County, and Insurance Agency regulations dictate the number of guests aboard each day. When you give us your credit card information to hold a reservation, you are agreeing to the following cancellation terms and conditions:

To receive a refund/reschedule you must cancel at least 24 hours in advance or 72 hours in advance for parties of 5 or more, private charters require 7 days notice.

Due to vessel style, no pregnant persons or children under 3 years old for whale watching or 4 years old for snorkel tours. Due to the temporary boarding location, guests will need to have mobility to walk on their own in order to safely board the boat. It is the customer's responsibility to adhere to these guidelines. Refunds will not be given in cases of guidelines not being followed and guests will not be permitted to attend the tour.

Tour is subject to cancellation or reschedule due to weather or capacity.
Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.

If the cancellation notification is received less than the policy stated there will be a 100% cancellation fee charged to your credit card.

Late check-in and no-shows will be charged the full price. Our trips depart on time and we do not want to leave without you. Please expect traffic delays due to construction in Lahaina and plan travel accordingly.

A doctor's note is required for health related cancellations within the policy window.

Hawaii Ocean Rafting cancellation policy supersedes all previous credit card agreements you have with your credit card company.
