Tour Overview
Are you ready for big savings and small boat adventures?
Here’s how our whale watch passes work. Once you book a pass you will receive an ID# in your confirmation email. You will use that number to book your tours at your convenience online or over the phone. Tours are first come first serve so book your trips when as soon as you know your travel dates. When your tour dates arrive check-in will 30 minutes prior to tour start time. If you have back to back tours you will disembark between trips and board again second to non-pass priority seat holders. Please note seating arrangements are subject to crew discretion.

Tour Details
Check-in at 1223 Front Street Lahaina 30 minutes prior to your tour start time.
– Updated Policy for Monthly Pass Holder Priority Boarding Protocol: **Non pass holders that purchase a priority boarding card will board prior to pass holders. No exceptions.**
– Please note **all guests are required to disembark from the vessels between tours to accommodate crew scheduled break times.**
– Due to safety concerns, no pregnant women or people with back or neck injuries or children under the age of 3.
– Rub on reef safe sunscreen, hat, and sunglasses are recommended.
– Low to water eco-raft will have ocean spray, bring a waterproof bag for personal items.
– *Tours are subject to cancellation or reschedule due to weather or capacity and other tour amendments by HIOCR.* Please provide correct contact info so HIOCR can reach you in case of tour changes.
Membership sales are final and non-refundable. Please cancel any booked tours at least 24 hours prior to prevent a late cancellation fee.
